| A | Our bus can travel all around Japan as long as either departure or arrival location is within Osaka Prefecture. |

| Q | How many hours can I use a charter bus a day? |

| A | As required by the regulation, our driver can work up to 13 hours from start to finish. Start and finish times depend on a customer's travel plan. Also, the driving hours can be up to 9 hours a day. Our driver needs to take a break more than 20 minutes at a time every 90 to 120 minutes during driving. |

| A | After you make a reservation, we will send you an invoice. Please transfer the amount into our designated account 7 days prior to the date of travel. Please burden bank transfer fee at your expense. |

| A | A charter fee does not include toll road charges (ex, highway tolls), parking fees, accommodation charges for our crew, but tour guide fees, etc. |
